I use it at least once a week for egg rolls. I never lick from below and never get stuck on the edge. Here's the trick: 1. Spray Pam on the pan, heat the pan2. While the pan is heating, spritz the bottom and inside edges of the joie egg ring. Spraying the floor will help create a seal. Spraying the inside will help you squeeze out the boiled egg with ease3. Place Joie in the pot4. Once the pan is hot, crack in the egg. You want the egg to cook as soon as it hits the surface of the pan so it doesn't overflow. Turn off the heat, cover with a lid. This will prevent the egg from burning at the bottom, but it won't cook forever.6. Cook for 3-7 minutes depending on how fried the yolks are. 6a. If you like a well-done yolk, after 5-7 minutes, remove the ring from the egg and turn the egg over. I don't do this, but the yolk will be very hard. Enjoy! I throw it in the dishwasher (top shelf) after each use.
