I bought the black ones because my cute kitty is all black and I also have a favorite bib necklace that has a black cat chasing a silver crescent moon and I thought these earrings would match ( do they). Whenever I wear them, they attract attention and I get compliments. They seem heavy, but in fact they don't tighten the earlobes at all. And all parts are well connected and strong - nothing will fall apart on you. I'm so impressed with this. Full Disclosure: I have a lot of earrings. Some of my pairs have been lucky enough to wear more than once. These have already been worn half a dozen times. I love her that much.
