No change to my recall until 09/01/21 - Item received on 12/17/2020. Very concerned that I did not receive a written guarantee. I registered my product on the Bluair website. No warranty details or replacement filters. Their support team does not answer calls. Contacted Revain customer service and she tried to call BlueAir while I was on hold and BlueAir customer service didn't answer her either. Then (thanks to the Revain customer service rep) the next day she tried calling BlueAir again and called me to let me know she was unsuccessful. I have time to return before the end of January - and with no guarantees. There are no replacement filters in stock - I am planning a return.
