Only two of the three methods (power settings) worked. .
Only two of the three methods worked (power settings). I traded it in for a replacement unit with the same issue. Yes, I installed it correctly. I'm afraid if two Jandorf sockets fail the same way it must be a major quality control issue. Also, I found that the chain tensioner was not working smoothly.
