Great Pastry/Ravioli Wheel
I bought this great tool to not only cut ravioli squares but also lasagne strips and pie crusts! I also plan to use it for smaller circles of dough for small crusts (like pot pies) and while I haven't made them yet, I plan to use it to cut straighter lines for my shortbread cookies and even checkerboard cookies! It is very easy to clean, even by hand. Yes, it's a gift - for your daughter, grandpa, best friend or just for yourself :)
