Thank you so much for sending this email. I didn't realize that you need to remove the foil from both sides of the plexiglass. I'm very satisfied with this product. Great value for money. The frames are all of good quality - everything is perfect, with no flaws. It's good that you included the extra plexiglass. It's also good that you provided hooks to hang it up, but I couldn't figure out how to get them to work! Once driven into the wall there was no place to attach a hanger. I obviously did something wrong. I thought you would like to see before/after my project. Our laundry room had a memorial wall with pictures of our sailing years in the Caribbean. Looks much prettier with matching frames! (Before/after photo shown) A few other things I like: The stand folds completely into the frame so it hangs nicely on the wall. Most recordings are wrong. Also, they were packaged very well and there was no need to remove the adhesive labels like when buying frames in a store. Needing so much (21) I took the opportunity to check out Revain and immediately found EXACTLY what I needed. I was lucky that they were on sale of the day and I got a set at a reduced price. Good product.
