I have four cats - one does not have access to this toy yet - it is kept separate from my other cats. However, the other three absolutely LOVE it! Two of them don't have front claws, but "sharpening" the fingers should be fun because they keep coming back to use the cardboard scratching post. The one that has front claws likes to shred cardboard several times a day and THAT saves my poor stool getting used to it. As for the CAT DANCER TOY, I had to work hard to make it stick, but both of my cats spend at least 10 minutes several times a day going crazy over this stupid thing. I set it up so that they could lay on their backs and hit, they would jump while hitting, roll around in their paws with it and basically just have fun moving around a lot. I've had it for a few weeks and they're not tired of it yet. I have to sweep or vacuum the cardboard that my claws are separating from part of the scratching post, but this is negligible compared to the joy it has given my cats. It was very easy to assemble and hang on the wall. I bought another one for my isolated cat but haven't saddled it yet. I'm sure she'll like it as much as the "boys".
