I am a long-distance runner. I had many running bags. I really like these because they are soft on the back, comfortable on the hips and easy to adjust. What I like most about this backpack is that it has 3 pockets. The pockets have plenty of room and expand to hold a lot of gear (see my 2nd picture). My phone fits in the middle with some gel pouches and chewing gum. I also put my AirPod case in one of the side pockets, and in the other side pocket I put the lip balm and accompanying whistle. I didn't see it in the description but I like it. I walk alone a lot and hope I never need it, but for now I'm keeping it to myself. There was more space. I just ran 13 miles in it and it was great. I definitely recommend this, it's my new favorite running belt.
