Pulls hair out and doesn't work
Have used Norelco body care for many years, mainly to trim hair. Saw this thing and its rave reviews and bought it. It worked fine the first time on my back, the second time it started twitching my hair. Also, he didn't cut his hair at all. I would have to go through 5 or 6 painful areas to see little result. What a piece of shit. Unfortunately I threw away the original packaging otherwise I would have sent it back for a full refund. Stay away from this garbage.
