I've been using this shoulder bag for a few months now. The bag is not "huge", but can withstand a lot. I love the front zip pockets. The only issue I had was with the metal emblem plate getting caught all over the place so I took it off. For Christmas I sewed a little felt snowman to cover the holes. I had no issues with the zippers or the strap (the length of the strap is so easy to adjust, love it!). Small pockets on the sides, with an elastic band, are not suitable for many things. A can of soda won't work, and neither will a bottle of water. I put in business cards, appointment reminders, and checks (of course, I try not to turn my purse upside down). All in all a great shoulder bag. It withstood me throwing it everywhere, in and out of the car and pretty much anywhere.
