Nice little speaker, especially for the price. However, there is an annoying hum. Pros: The stand is relatively solid and looks well made. You can easily adjust the angle - bluetooth connects easily - light is comfortable. In the "down position" to work with the stand, it illuminates the area below, close enough. When it's "on" it makes a great table lamp - the volume rises well enough and keeps the sound "true" enough (except for the hum, see below) that you can easily use it for background music at a dinner party etc. :-c A trill is heard at the moment when Bluetooth is activated. The music is drowned out when you turn the volume up, but it's quite annoying when the volume is turned down. This is such a big problem that it was worth two stars. The base could be a bit heavier. Currently, it takes two hands to adjust the stand without tipping it over. Overall I think it's a worthwhile purchase at this price point. I hope it will last a long time to keep its good value.
