Mirror works great. I do have a small issue with it shaking a little more than the OEM version, but it's not distracting enough to be a problem. The connector worked well and there were problems. I want the lid to be matte black plastic. I know it's smooth so it can be painted to match, but the mirror wouldn't look as weird with an unpainted finish if it was matte black. One thing to note is that if your Cube doesn't already have heated mirrors, they don't have a heating element. There is no wiring in the door to support this. The motion controls still work, but the factory wiring to the fuse box needs to be replaced for the heater to work. Kind of a shame, but I replaced mine because it broke, not because I wanted heated mirrors.
