This charger comes with all the accessories you need to test your battery and will charge just about anything. But after a year of use, I came to the conclusion that this is not all that is said. The braking voltage for charging is not exact, I tried it on many different 18650 batteries, they were all charged in pairs. The controls are clunky but usable. The test function is tricky to use because it doses that wonky thing where, after you've put it through a test, even pressing the display button twice doesn't turn it off and you have to turn it off. It works and is acceptable, but basic. The last problem was that it somehow took the brunt of one of my Ohm Life 18650 batteries in slot 2 and committed seppuku. In addition to the destroyed cell, it was a brand new cell that had been cycled over 20 times. This resulted in the device constantly going into a charging self-test loop and there was nothing you could do to stop the insane beeping, and there was little to do with this charger. I'm disappointed with this device and its warranty just expired for 1 year and I don't want to play with RMA so I'm out of luck. Next time I'll buy a VC4S and see if I have the same problems and if so I'll switch to a different company. So far I've only had problems with this model, all the others were grids!
