I wanted to try a scalp messaging product and needed a rat tail comb. Which I found difficult to find or it cost too much. I received this set the day after I ordered it and was disappointed that the brush was missing the back of the brush to set it. I asked for a new set and was shocked that they shipped it promptly and received it the next day. And the new Brush Back Kit was here. I'm very impressed with the quick response, thanks. I like the brush very much. I've been using Scalp Messenger, I need to get used to how it works. I highly recommend this set, you won't be disappointed.
