It would be nice if the clips were covered with a heat-resistant non-stick pan coating.

Strong and durable. The only thing is you can't use clamps on copper or non-stick TeFal, it will scratch the coating and I tried measuring the oil in a pan and it didn't give an accurate reading, mainly because the needle was in the Proximity was bottom. pots. It would probably be better if you pour half the oil into the pan and then try to do the reading.
