The goods came quickly enough, in perfect condition, without damage or defects, and also in a small purple cloth bag with a drawstring. The crystal itself is beautiful (approximately 1 1/4 inches long, same size as the crystal), fairly nicely cut, bright/not solid; contains streaks, traces, shades of other colors throughout; gives it a nice partial white smoky rose quartz look, feels neither brittle nor cheap. Quality is a must but it can be a little delicate and should be handled appropriately not to bend the metal loop as well as the top part that extends down to hold the crystal. This part can buckle like the loop chain both sides bend and seems pretty soft, but it's pretty thin; Considering the price I'd say it's no big deal! Just be careful with her, don't fall asleep with her. That said, take care of it and you can't beat the price of a good crystal pendant!
