Great product. There are no negative reviews. I have neuropathic problems in my right wrist after working in a takeaway beer store for years. The surgery I had was called compartment release. My fist tends to clench during sleep and just before bed. It goes by itself all night. The inner padding makes it very easy. My arm is constantly cold due to nerve damage, but this brace provides some warmth. It's a stretchy, comfortable material. I wore it during the day but the inner padding made it uncomfortable during any activity. I still wear it sometimes during the day because it's so good, especially on severe pain days. I've washed it in the washing machine a few times and it's held up great. Highly recommended. I've been using this for about 3 years.
