I used to have an analogue luggage scale that you only had to raise and lower to find out the weight. This digital scale complicates what is actually a very simple process by requiring you to hold your luggage in the air for ten seconds before it finally stops at a reading. If you can't hold it that long (I have big bags and I'm small and disabled) your reading will disappear. Also, the silicone button cover gets stuck in the plastic around it, causing all sorts of problems. I wish it was easy.
