This is a fantastic timer! Just great! Here are a few things I can add to my video. The timer fills in red as the time increases. As the countdown progresses, the redness will decrease and the face will turn white again. The work is smooth and there are no clicks with the mechanical timer. The bezel slides out to reveal 3 double-sided plates for 5 different watch faces and a dry-erase plate for making your own custom steps. They all add up so those you don't use stick with the watch. I like that I don't have to store unnecessary details. The incremental time wheel on the back sets the total time for the entire watch face. This speeds up or slows down the duration of the timer for the entire watch face. Steps 5, 15, 30 minutes, 1, 2, 4, 8, 24 hours. This means you can set the entire watch face to each of these steps, which basically changes the overall progress of the timer. It's pretty cool. The three pastel colored markers on the back of the watch can be placed anywhere on the face to separate zones on the timer you set. This is useful when you want to set waypoints in a task. The color goes well with the red or white color of the timer. It uses 2C batteries. I think they should last a while as long as the simple clock is running. - The dial is huge! A 17-inch square doesn't sound like much, but when you see it, it's just huge. The alarm has three settings: loud, silent and quiet. The digital alarm sounds in three quick pulses. be pretty loud. - The display options are well thought out. The clock can stand alone, hang on a stand or be wall mounted with the included bracket. - My only real complaint is that there doesn't seem to be a way to pause the timer. This is a small problem for me. I think this timer has some wonderfully thought out design elements and I can say that they worked hard to consider almost every aspect of its design. I really like this product and can see the work that went into creating it. The versatility of the device makes it ideal for many applications.
