The Snap Broke Off The First Day

I work in a healthcare setting and I purchased this item for my badge. The snap for the card compartment broke off before the end of my first 7 hour shift with it. I only opened it twice. The Zipper, is not sturdy either so I try not to use it. It is a lovely color, and the functionality is great, but the materials are cheap and break easily. If you need something sturdy I would not pick this.

Very thin and compact. Maybe it''s because I havent worn it out yet, but everything is very tight together. The clear ID cover has a slight matte or satin finish which is difficult to see in the photos. It isnt a problem, I just didnt notice it until the product came. The strap is not adjustable and when around my neck, the wallet hits mid waistline. The color is cute and overall the wallet seems pretty durable. It''s about as fancy as something you would get from walmart.
