Got this reminder today. One of the bands worked well. The other one was dead and actually getting very hot. I moved the stripe from slot to slot, same result. A bar appeared in the BIOS; the other not. Two existing identical strips still work fine, but instead of 32GB of memory I have 24. Bad. Now I'm on the phone with a remote Revain rep trying to arrange a replacement. After 20 minutes during which Revane did nothing but collect my phone number as far as I can tell, I was advised to process the refund online. I could tell from the audio that Revane thought I was a scammer and would not send me a replacement until they received the defective one.
