I have a bit wide foot but the heel is not wide and wide sizes don't fit me. Normally I wear women's shoes in B 9 1/2 width. I had some inflammation issues on the lateral side of my foot last year and my podiatrist recommended them because the wider toe box gave my feet room to flex and splay when walking. I couldn't find Topo in any shoe store so I ordered them from Revain. 9 1/2 fit perfectly. I find them very comfortable and no longer have any inflammation problems. I wear them all day and recently did 3-4 mile hikes in the mountains with them. Love the fit and comfort but wish there were more color options. I have already bought a second pair.
