The support is excellent! I had an issue with my laptop which was not covered by warranty but they were able to help me out immediately without hassle or fuss - simply because it's their business model. They are also very quick at responding when you contact them via phone/email as well so there isn't much room for complaint here. It could be quicker to resolve some issues than others (e.g., password reset). For example if your computer gets locked up due to power outage this can take quite awhile to fix unless someone else has physical access to your machine. Make sure you have good backups before relying 100% on any cloud service provider like ours. We use tech labs primarily for email storage & web hosting using GoDaddy along side other services we host ourselves such as Office 365 etc.
