The app was easy enough for my clients who don't have computer or technical skills like myself! It's very user friendly as well - super intuitive!! I didn’t encounter any issues while using this application; in fact it helped me save time and money by taking some work off mine plate which allowed us more focus elsewhere within our business model than just having people manage their own social media accounts via an automated system. In addition they do offer live chat service so should someone be stuck during one session we can always get back into them quickly if required.- Automation helps keep your team focused away form manual tasks allowing free up valuable resources that could better serve other areas such high quality sales &amp customer care etc..
