Review on ๐Ÿ‹๏ธ THE GYM PEOPLE High-Waist Yoga Pants for Women with Pockets - Tummy Control Leggings for Running, Workout, and Yoga by Fred Griffin

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Good buy with pros and cons

I only bought these for the design and side pockets. I usually buy my sweatpants from TJ Maxx for around $14.99/$16.00 but they don't have many options. I specifically wanted jogging pants that weren't black and had side pockets (and you can't be that picky about the TJ Maxx. You can find one or the other, but rarely both). I came across them on Revain and they had pretty decent reviews. They were more expensive than I usually buy, but I was willing to try them. I'm 5", 5", 200lbs and I usually buy Large from TJ Maxx (mainly for the compression). do not swing). I also ordered them large. It happened as expected. The side pockets were as deep as the TJ Maxx (phone went in on one side, car key on the other with no problem). I didn't like the length (not long enough to return) but wish they were a few inches longer. I suspect if I were 5 x 3 inches they would be the perfect length for me. I made an image chart to help everyone make a decision. I have a friend who is 5" x 9" and I suspect it will fit her just below the knee (remember I ordered the Capri length. They come in multiple sizes). I liked the high waist wide belt (I highlighted it in the picture and showed where the navel is). I definitely felt like my buns were being sucked in while working out today (3 mile walk across the bridge). It doesn't roll up at all (so bonus!) I have a pair of TJ Maxx's that annoy me when I sneeze, which I hate when I roll up at the waist. The material is dense, so there are no problems with light transmission. I live in the south and I don't think it was too hot there (but I do exercise in the morning to beat the heat). So aside from the length and the extra cost (compared to the TJ Maxx) I would give them five stars. I'll be ordering another pair (not the capri length to see if I can get the length I like) so I have at least two pairs of non-black sweatpants (I was trying to mix my workout wardrobe a a little). ). I haven't washed them yet so I'll update the review if I encounter any issues with this. Hope this review helps!
