Bad design. Best in Car Care
My fault. I thought a brush would make it easier to clean the wheel spokes, but it's not. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who wants to easily clean wheel spokes. It can help if the "cone" of the brush is turned upside down. I threw it in a corner and bought another brush.
