Nothing good if it cannot be used

I bought these products for the second time, so I was satisfied with them. But this bottle of conditioner couldn't be used - the pump didn't work. Since I didn't have any other conditioner, I decided to just pour it into my hand. But the contents were so thick that it couldn't leak!
