Chrome and YouTube work, everything else doesn't work

Netflix won't let you scroll or play anything, Hulu won't open at all, Disney+ isn't available on the Play Store on the box. YouTube worked well, but the updated smart TVs I've used recently lacked some features. The Chrome browser works, but even if you select "Desktop View," you still can't play Hulu with it. worked and was very upset.
