We have a new gas stove that I really like. The only problem is that even on the lowest setting the heat was too hot and I burned a lot of food that I had never burned before. I think I could call a handyman who might come and adjust the flame, but I remember my grandmother had some sort of pillow to spread the flame on her stove. So, on the recommendation of another person at Revain, I looked up diffuser panels. I bought these because there were two different sizes in the pack and both came with removable handles, which is necessary when attempting to remove the hot diffuser plate from the stove. My husband used to almost always light his baked beans, but now they come out perfect. So, today I am satisfied with the diffuser panels and I am glad that I bought them and solved my problem without calling the master.
