On delivery I could smell the scent from the box before the courier even handed it to me. When I opened the box I found the product was wrapped in a little bubble wrap and the oil was on the outside. Everything in the box with him was contaminated. The bottle was still sealed, but leaked in all directions. The label fell off due to saturation in the bag. The scent is strong, so it can be good when used on top of soaps or other beauty products, but I used it in a diffuser and ended up using lots of drops to get the desired effectiveness.
