Broken headphones in headphones
Looks like the headphones were opened and used by someone before shipping. An hour after the first listening through the headphones, the right earbud stopped working. After checking at the Sennheiser Service Center, it turned out that the headphones were defective. The service center replaced the broken headphones with new ones.
