This oven is noisy, especially when I use convection. Literally scream! The handle is small and close to the oven door, so I burned my fingers several times opening and closing it. Pans warp as soon as they are heated, so when baking, all the moisture or juice goes into one corner. It's awkward to use because it doesn't work like my previous oven. This ability to roast meat is not very good. The coils are so far apart that they don't provide enough heat to fry. I ended up having to roast a good steak that just wasn't cooked. I didn't want to turn on the oven for a steak so I just pan fried it. This oven gets very hot on the outside. Big disappointment. It heats very well, but I do not recommend this oven. I think you get what you pay for. I'll know better next time.
