Ever since I got my own apartment, I've been trying to reduce PPM and chlorine in my shower water. I have tried different shower filters and shower heads with filters. As befits a Korean-made product, the quality of the plastic and metal is above average. I use it with the Aquabliss HD HEAVY DUTY High Output shower filter. With this shower head, the water is definitely softer and looks cleaner. However, when I tested the filtered water with a TDS meter, the PPM dropped only slightly. For the price I paid I expected it to be at least 50 PPM lower. However, I can feel and see a difference and the chlorine smell is completely gone. My other complaint about this shower head is that the water pressure isn't as high as the cheaper model with ceramic balls in the handle. The pressure isn't bad, I just wish it was a little higher. However, removing the PH filter increased the pressure slightly, so I understand there is some tradeoff in water pressure when adding filters. I wish it had a stop button like the more economical shower heads. All in all, if you want a quality shower head with decent filters, give it a try! I really think it makes more sense to see when the filter needs replacing than to take apart the shower head every time you need to check.
