It doesn't come with a recovery disk or installed windows 10 registry information which I think everyone should have. The problems started after about 3-4 weeks. Either it didn't open fully, it just rotated, or it closed for no reason and tried to fix it, it worked the first time. The rewritable DVD then didn't read any information and couldn't write to the DVD. In March, after a little over a week, it shut down, got a blue screen, said something about Microsoft without giving you time to write down the error and contact the manufacturer and/or Microsoft. it will turn off, the recovery attempt will turn off and the blue screen will be solid again.
