I saved a lot of money
The mechanic wanted hundreds to fix the dryer and I watched the video and ordered those parts. In the video, a guy is using a new dryer in a very clean room. However. It's a very dirty job. After you open the dry box, it takes some time to clean it so you can work with it, and the sheet metal is like a razor blade. Took me about an hour instead of 15 minutes as shown in the video but I saved over $300. The parts matched the faulty ones exactly and worked perfectly. It was my first and maybe that's why it took so long, but a shower and some bandages and it was worth it.
