I wanted to love it, but I no longer use it often. It is too small to me first of all. (Should have known.) It's too hard to cleanly dish out the minced contents due to the bowl's uneven inner surface. You end up doing more work than hand-mincing (unless you like very fine mincing) by pre-cutting the ingredients to fit in the chopper, trying to scrape the contents out, and repeating it several times. For finely mincing a small amount of garlic, parsley, mint, cilantro, etc., this could be useful. Still, the difficulty of dishing out the contents persists. Cleaning this chopper is another time-consuming task if you don't use a dishwasher. Also, the lid has small holes, but an inaccessible hollow inside, which will potentially collect unwanted water, mold, etc. within. This problem may be resolved if the lid can be taken apart for occasional thorough cleaning.
