They didn't work at all for what I needed them for. I tried to protect myself from it. I measured glitter tubes that I had to compare before. I even tried to calculate the volume (yes). But in the end it's still a bit of a disaster. Don't buy these special ones for glitter. DO NOT DO THIS.1. Tops are safe. Too reliable. They come on the spot. The nature of glitter is that the excess needs to be put back into the container. The top of the shaker works fine but the lids have to be lifted to remove the excess and I need a tool or chew on it, to remove it - please imagine the consequences of what is left in the shaker if this is attempted. It's a mess.2. The bottoms are very tight and they will win. t stand independently. It messed up my shelving system and forced me to store them in boxes where I couldn't see my inventory.3. They actually taper, which is hard to tell, but the top is wider than the bottom. As a result, they also slip under one another in boxes and are difficult to keep upright. I need them to stand up because they are labeled above. THIS IS BUSINESS BRIGHTNESS. I need them to get organized.4. They're incredibly tight, meaning they only fit a tiny amount. An ounce of glitter (a lot, admittedly, but the standard amount, to buy online) fills 6-7 of these or more. Two ounces can fill 12-14 or more depending on the type of shine! The only thing that saved me was the huge crowd that came. But now I have a ridiculous amount of identical tubes. Please, just because they have shakers doesn't mean they're good for glitter. I don't know what they're supposed to be good for. sea pollution? I do not know. I would also like to add that while I found them packaged satisfactorily, some of them had tears meaning they were sent as is. It just makes me deeply sad. I buy things to use until they rot in my hands. I try not to buy fresh junk. Some of them were cracked which means they were sent in this condition. It just makes me deeply sad.
