RydeSafe has always been a trusted brand, even since I live in Portland, Oregon and ride my bike everywhere. I have used them on my helmet and bike rims and they are incredibly reflective at night. The modular template allowed me to create my own repeatable design. You can also attach them to the plastic or metal parts of your dog's leash so you can see your pup better at night!
