When I open the package, my wife and I can't wait to try the double-sided reflux ball! We have fun with boxing balls in our home workouts and just wanted to switch in the second part of the workouts and the toco freido boxing ball is a GOOD CHOICE. I never thought I would be 6 years old. direct training week for 30 minutes a day, but hey! What else should we do during semi-isolation and it's so good for you! EVERYONE can find 30 minutes a day for it and then continue with the REST of the day or as a great end of the day! And many thanks to Toco Freido Fitness and other companies like yours for providing us with the necessary tools. I'm sure the demand for these products has skyrocketed in the last two or three months because people can't go to the gym and have to work out at home (or START, like we do)! All gold gyms in the St. Louis area are closed and will no longer serve their members and other gyms, Planet Fitness, Club Fitness, etc. are not yet allowed to reopen. Ball, 2 types of balls are cool! I can use a boxing ball at home and don't have to go to the gym.
