Really cool but weird smell

The lights and remote work great. When you open this box, the lights have a really weird smell that I can’t describe and some of the paint was rubbing off into the box. Some of the skulls didn’t have faces and were just flat where the mouth and eyes should be. Overall, they’re pretty cool and no one would notice the missing faces from afar.
