Review on π Premium Front Hood Latch Lock Set with Keys for 2007-2018 Jeep JK Wrangler & Unlimited by Emilio Wallace
A definite improvement over standard JK fasteners.
Very easy installation in JK. Use a 13mm ratchet wrench and pull the grille forward and the old gray rubber scraps will pop off easily. Looks a lot better. Perhaps due to the lack of QS on the Jeep part, one side is tighter than the other but still holds the hood well. Obviously there is no latch function, but I have a center screw for the hood, so I don't need it.
