The mop arrived on time, intact and safe. all the details according to the instructions. in the comments they wrote about flimsy plastic - it looks flimsy (I have dents on the base of the mop, but for me it is not critical). the rag flew off, but it didn’t really deliver to me inconvenience (because, perhaps, I didn’t read something in the instructions, plus there are a lot of ideas on the Internet to solve this issue). I washed the floor for her for the first time and caused mixed feelings about the dangling wire (but here, again, I will carefully read the instructions and I don’t consider it directly a jamb). Someone wrote in the comments that it smears the dirt - even the instructions indicate that it is necessary to vacuum it first! I note (this is also indicated in the instructions - for persistent stains it is worth keeping the steam jet for more than 5 seconds) it should be understood that this is not a washing vacuum cleaner, it will not vacuum! It is clear that if the vacuum cleaner does not do its job well, often dust and dirt will remain! there is no need to dream that the mop will remove the shortcomings after the vacuum cleaner! so at the moment I am satisfied and the mop has fulfilled all the declared functionality for me!
