I've cleaned the car with nail clippers and other personal care items and let them soak for an hour or two. The tank and basket now have rust spots that will not go away. I have used this machine many times and have done the same things over the many months that I have owned it. When I brought this to their attention, they told me they would replace it. They asked for photos which they provided. I asked if they would replace it and they assured me my replacement would come out on Monday; Today is Friday. The whole time we talked they assured me that my unit would be replaced and they just needed information for their understanding. I gave them everything they asked for. In the end they informed me that they would not replace my typewriter and blamed my nail scissors which were also damaged. This time none of them were destroyed before the machine was deployed. I don't like being deceived and then told differently. I don't behave like that and I don't appreciate it from others. I do what is right for those who do business with me and I do not lie to them. There are many such machines on the market and they really do something. Buy them, not this brand.
