The sound is not bad. However, I don't know who can keep them in their ears during training. I've tried all three different sizes - I can't even keep them in my ears while sitting. When I move my head they start falling out. And when I pick them up in front of them, they either skip the song forward or backward — or when I'm on the phone, they hang up. Very frustrating. The price was good so I'm keeping them for a spare pair but the description doesn't match my experience at all.
