Customer Service at SORANGEUN has disappointed me

I was eager to test out SORANGEUN's online store as a product manager for my outdoor requirements. However, I was dissatisfied with the level of care I got. My project's timeline was pushed back because it took days to get a response when I asked a query about a product. In addition to the slow customer support, I also had some trouble navigating the website. Finding the precise products I was searching for was challenging because the categories and subcategories weren't always obvious. Although SORANGEUN has a good selection of outdoor furniture and lawn care necessities, I thought the prices were a bit expensive compared to those at other online retailers. The shipping costs were also more expensive than I had anticipated, which raised the total cost of my buy. Overall, I was unhappy with my SORANGEUN experience. Although they have a good selection of outdoor goods, I found their slow customer service and challenging website to be significant drawbacks. I'm also hesitant to use their online shop in the future due to the higher prices and shipping costs.
