Works great, fits perfectly. There are no new screws.
I installed this on my 2007 GMC Sierra. Perfect fit, comes with 3m tape on both sides. I wiped down the truck seat and headlight with rubbing alcohol. Then I attached the light first. Save your two screws as you won't get new ones. There are also small rubber buffers on the screw. UPDATE; A few months later and lots of rainy weather, no leaks and working fine.
