I bought this set and 2 others for my 4 year old son. He loves building things and I was hoping it would help him sit down and focus as he prepares for preschool. He is very energetic and will sit down and assemble this set (and others) with some help. The kit can build 3 different types of aircraft and there is also a step-by-step guide. The container is a practical storage option for all small parts. He will bring the kit and ask if we can build a specific plane. It's definitely a great item for toddlers when they visit grandparents or friends. The only downside is that the parts are small and can get lost. Overall these are a great toy for educational as well as value and they can also make a great last minute gift.
