Good colors but too small Size and texture not as expected

I love the design and colors but even though I ordered a size up (size 4 for a 3 year old girl) it still looks good too small. The material feels a bit rubbery, like a bathing suit. I think it will keep you warm and sweaty in hot summer weather for an energetic little girl. However, I love the unusual design and colors! She'll be happy when she gets it, I'm sure!
