I ordered the men's size Large Short. I'm 5ft 7in, 190lbs and have an athletic build. I do a lot of squats and deadlifts, so I'm more lean than fat. My inseam is 30 inches, but I always prefer my jodhpurs to be a bit longer. These pants are perfect for me from the start! The knee length is just right and the pants have enough room to wear thermals in cold weather, but that's probably not necessary as the mesh lining acts as an extra layer. However, they can be a bit warm for the summer. The adjustable waist makes it easy to adjust. Even though I've never worn these pants on a trip, I had to write a review after trying them on. I expect these pants to be good value for money and excellent quality. Well done. Strong stitching and materials.
