The perfect remedy for fireworks and fear of thunderstorms. We live in Florida (there are thunderstorms daily) and we have a 3 year old Chocolate Lab who is calm under normal circumstances. However, he does not tremble, choke or move when there is thunder or firecrackers. According to the recommendations (according to the literature on the packaging), we introduced a thunder shirt. It seemed a little silly at first, but it was effective to inject positively when there were no stressors. After a month of use, at the first sign of a darkening sky, our dog sits next to us where we keep his jacket. He lies quietly on the sofa or under the table while he rattles. We highly recommend this product but again our dog is very calm under normal conditions. We cannot judge its effectiveness in a typically hyperactive dog.
